With over three decades of recruitment experience, I can navigate your path to success by helping you avoid some common difficulties in securing a new role or hiring for your team.

I specialise in the recruitment-to-recruitment sector and this has been my forte since 2004 having placed thousands of candidates in new positions and helped recruitment companies hire the best talent for their teams.

Over the years I have acquired several qualifications and accreditations which coupled with my vast experience of recruiting in buoyant and challenging markets enables me to offer you knowledge, guidance and a better understanding of the recruitment industry, ultimately giving you the edge over your competition.

I will endeavour to make your search productive, enjoyable and extend your network by introducing you to influential industry leaders.

Based in the Midlands and with family connections in Yorkshire, I spend much of my time developing my high-profile network in these areas. I am family orientated so when I am not travelling along the M1 meeting candidates and clients you can find me walking in the Leicestershire countryside or the Yorkshire coast with my daughter and dog.
