I recently worked with Michelle Waterworth Rec 2 Rec .From the very beginning she took the time to understand my career goals, strengths, and preferences, which made the entire process feel personalised and tailored. She offered me roles to think about that I hadn’t seen anywhere else in the recruitment to recruitment market .She had great market knowledge. I was given clear insights into what to expect and provided valuable advice which made a real difference in my confidence going into each step. I would highly recommend Michelle Waterworth for anyone looking for a recruitment role and a smooth and supportive recruitment process. She goes above and beyond to ensure their candidates feel valued and well-prepared.
Chloe JonesMichelle was amazing throughout the process, kept me up to date nothing was too much trouble. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
D FowMichelle was amazing from start to finish, truly listened to what I want in a new role and found me the perfect role which I’ve now happily been in for 3 weeks! Would 100% recommend!
Faye StockleyMichelle is a consummate professional. From my first conversation with her I knew she 'got me' and would be representing me accurately in the marketplace. It's rare to find recruiters who listen and put their clients and candidates above a potential fee, however, Michelle does. I Highly recommend her if you are looking for your next recruitment job or you are hiring. Michelle gets it. She is professional, engaging, friendly and passionate about what she does. No hesitation to recommend her service
Natalie IsaacsI am not one to write reviews, however my experience with Michelle is fantastic. She truly takes the time to really get to know her candidates and clients so that she makes the right introductions. In a market full of transactional competitors, her personal approach and genuine care should make her anyones first call.
Darren CairnsMichelle offers a 5* rec2rec business and I will certainly be using her services again for hiring out my team. Michelle is exceptional in her delivery of client opportunities, both informed and specific in description which helped me to secure the right senior level position within a niche market. It is clear to see Michelle has built up some great client relationships and very professional in her approach with candidate introductions. If you want an open and honest approach to securing the right opportunity (first time) I would highly recommend Michelle as a genuine rec2rec service.
Abigail PywellI’ve never left a review for anyone, but I had to for Michelle. She was incredibly lovely and gave me so much useful advice. Definitely worth a chat if you’re looking for a new recruitment position!
Susan McadamMichelle is the best Rec 2 Rec I have ever dealt with. She listens and gets to know you and know which organisations/culture would fit you best. I first reached out to Michelle over 10 years ago where she placed me perfectly, right through to today where she has done the same again. A true professional who I cannot recommend highly enough.
Sophie WhomsleyMichelle is a great thorough recruiter and was there for any questions I had throughout the process. I would definitely recommend her services to any recruiter looking for work thanks Michelle! Sophie
Russell MetcalfI have worked with Michelle on a number of occasions now as I feel she is the best in the business. On the ball and timely with communications and always has all the information on the opportunities she is representing. I find Michelle a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend her for anyone considering working with a Rec2Rec.
